2003 Chrysler Town & Country. you will have a long black fuse box under the hood for your vehicle. you will find the fuse box locations in your owners manual in the glove box,it will show you what each fuse feeds. Its in the box next to the battery and i had the same problem.The fuse is on the first line top.
